Manitowoc's Tri-liminator® and Arctic Pure® conditions the water at intake, inhibiting scale formation and filtering sediment, assuring proper performance of the ice machine. The Arctic Pure® filter also removes chlorine taste and odor and absorbs dissolved chlorine gas. This effectively improves ice quality, protects the triliminator water filters machine components and extends the life and proper functioning of your Manitowoc ice machine.

Bacteria and fungi growth on the inside of an ice machine form slime, a leading cause of ice machine failure. Slime is also a health concern. Manitowoc's new Guardian accessory houses a sachet that releases chlorine dioxide in the food zone of the ice machine thus inhibiting biological growth and associated odors without affecting the taste of the ice produced.

The patented AuCS® (Automatic Cleaning System) cleans your ice machine water distribution system automatically. Select a 2-week, 4-week or 12-week cleaning frequency. The patented AuCS® activates the ice machine's cleaning function and cleans or sanitizes the system in just 25 minutes. AuCS® cuts maintenance costs, maximizes ice production and enhances the reliability and life of your Manitowoc ice machine. The AuCS® is lightweight and compact and can be mounted on the ice machine or a nearby wall.
